Jerome Corsi is suing Robert Mueller in federal court in the District of Columbia.Previously, the Roger Stone acquaintance testified before the Mueller grand jury and publicly released a draft version of a criminal false statements plea with the Special Counsel's Office -- to which he refused to agree.Now in the lawsuit, Corsi says federal authorities have unconstitutionally searched his electronic records and his phone.The lawsuit is the latest example of pushback from individuals called upon by Mueller to provide information in the Russia probe.Corsi claims that because he investigated Hillary Clinton's missing emails in 2016 and guessed Wikileaks would leak hacked emails from Clinton's campaign chairman, Mueller has unfairly targeted him."Defendant Mueller has threatened to indict Plaintiff Corsi and effectively put him in federal prison for the rest of his life unless Plaintiff Corsi would provide the false testimony that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false," Corsi wrote in the lawsuit.Corsi, who has talked about his experience with the investigation to media and on his own show, also claims that Mueller has leaked grand jury secrets without providing any specific evidence beyond an article where sources are not described.As an example, Corsi cites an ABC News article detailing how he has become a "central figure" in the Mueller probe and says Mueller spokesman Peter Carr periodically meets with journalists at the Paul coffee shop at 8th and Pennsylvania Avenue to leak information at Mueller's direction. Corsi provided an email between Carr and a journalist as proof, though it did not indicate any specific topic that was discussed or include any evidence of reporting from the journalist to prove a leak."These leaks are meant to pressure Plaintiff Corsi into providing the false testimony that Defendant Mueller and his staff seek by portraying Plaintiff Corsi negatively through the media, as well as to destroy him if he does not comply," Corsi writes in the lawsuit."These leaks are also intended to send a message to other supporters of the president that they had best comply with the unlawful demands of Defendant Mueller and his prosecutorial staff or be indicted or at the least irreparably smeared and destroyed in the public domain."The lawsuit was filed Sunday night by Corsi's lawyer, the conservative freedom of information advocate Larry Klayman. Klayman previously won access to a collection of emails between the Special Counsel's Office and reporters, and attached some of these as exhibits in the case.Mueller himself, as well as the Department of Justice, FBI, CIA and National Security Agency are named as defendants.Corsi, who has connections to the far-right conspiracy theory website Infowars, is asking for more than 0 million in damages. KOHLER, Wis. – Two major golf tournaments have been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.The PGA announced Wednesday that the Ryder Cup has been rescheduled for September 21-26, 2021 at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. It was originally scheduled for September 22-27 of this year.The Ryder Cup is a biennial men's golf competition between teams from Europe and the U.S., which began in 1927.Likewise, the Presidents Cup, initially slated for September 30-October 3, 2021, at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, will now be played September 19-25, 2022.The decision to reschedule the Ryder Cup was based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and in conjunction with the state and local health officials.“Unlike other major sporting events that are played in existing stadiums, we had to make a decision now about building facilities to host the 2020 Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits,” said PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh. “It became clear that as of today, our medical experts and the public authorities in Wisconsin could not give us certainty that conducting an event responsibly with thousands of spectators in September would be possible. Given that uncertainty, we knew rescheduling was the right call. KINGS MILLS, Ohio - Patrick Farrell has a very full heart, but he was running on empty Sunday afternoon.The Kings Mills man was straining to finish a 100-mile run to raise money for orphans on the other side of the globe.Farrell took only short breaks for fuel and to change shoes. His first pair had sheet metal screws on the bottom."Because there was snow on the ground (Saturday),” he explained after his grueling 30-hour endeavor.You could say Farrell had his heart in it all the way.  “I decided to blend my passion for running and helping orphans,” he said.Farrell said he did it for six girls at an orphanage in Nepal who are not available for U.S. adoption.“There's a non-profit organization called Love Does and they're always looking for people to do fundraisers to provide financial support for the orphanage,” Farrell said.It’s a cause that close to Farrell's heart because he and his wife Susan adopted their four youngest kids from China.The Farrells said they got the idea after their only biological child, Karrie, noticed families who had adopted Chinese children. Karrie did her own research and started asking her parents to adopt, too.The Farrells’ kids know the importance of helping orphans, so they encouraged their dad on his run through their neighborhood.“I'm just so glad I'm not doing it,” said Caitlin, the Farrells’ first adopted child.Farrell said he went through three pairs of shoes running on trails and concrete. Other took turns running with him.Susan kept her husband fed and hydrated as best she could, but she could see him slipping as the miles and hours took their toll.“He really did great for probably the first 70 miles, but then as evening set in and the cold and the weariness, he hit a wall bigger than I've ever seen before,” Susan said.“I experienced sleep deprivation at a number of points,” Patrick said.  “There's times when you just want to go inside and put your head down on a pillow and go to sleep.”But the people running with him and encouraging pulled him through, Susan said.“I really feel like the friends that came and helped him all through the night were a big key. I don't know if he could've done it without them,” she said.This was the second time Farrell has run 100 miles to raise money for the orphanage. (AP) — Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man whose burned body was found in a dry lake bed in Southern California.The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department says a caller Friday reported discovering the man's body in Joshua Tree, which is about 135 miles (217 kilometers) east of Los Angeles.
