(CNS) - A 45-year-old apparently homeless man suspected of arson was arrested after allegedly setting a car on fire in Vista.Deputies responded to a report of a car fire in the 1200 block of East Vista Way, near East Bobier Drive, about 10 p.m. Tuesday, according to Lt.
