The first baby conceived with IVF was born into the world in 1978, according to the CDC. Since then, numbers have spiked. The agency says by 2015, eight million babies had been conceived using IVF. Tijuana is the most dangerous city in the world, according to a report by the Citizens’ Council for Public Security and Criminal Justice. The Los Angeles Times reports that five cities in Mexico are among the most dangerous in the world. The list includes Acapulco, Victoria, Juarez, Irapuato and Tijuana. RELATED: U.S. issues travel warning for Mexico ahead of Spring Break seasonIn 2018, Tijuana saw 138 homicides per 100,000 people. The report was published shortly after the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Mexico issued a warning to people traveling for spring break. The alert warns of dangers including unregulated alcohol, sexual assault, medical emergencies and breaking the law in Mexico. According to Journey Mexico, more than 10 million people visited Mexico during the first quarter of 2018. Cancun is one of the top destinations in Mexico for spring breakers. (KGTV) -- A large Hollywood-style Trump sign caught the attention of drivers in San Diego County throughout the day Wednesday.The massive sign could be seen along I-5 in the Del Mar area and comes just weeks after a similar sign was placed along the 405 freeway in the Sepulveda Pass.It’s unclear who placed the sign on the hillside or when it will be taken down.Watch video of the sign from Sky10 below:A similar incident happened in early October as drivers noticed an identical sign along the 405.That sign was taken down by Caltrans.
