SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A San Diego woman said her ex-boyfriend stole naked pictures of her and posted one online without her permission. She said people saw the post and took screenshots of it.She’s now suing the man she says posted the photo, her ex-boyfriend William Ashley Oliver III."This pretty much consumed my life,” she told Team 10 investigator Adam Racusin.That’s L.S describing how one social media post of her naked body wrecked her sense of security. 10News is not naming the woman, but instead using the initials L.S. as they appear in her lawsuit against Oliver to protect her identity.“He was threatening for so long to do it that I didn't think he'd really do it,” she said.Their relationship started as most do: Girl meets boy, they fall in love and move in together. "I felt like I really got to know him fast and fell in love fast,” she said.Just like many relationships, everything was great until it wasn't. Unlike the typical breakup story, here's where this takes a different path.L.S. said she moved back to California in October of last year, about eight months after the relationship started.Oliver came to visit in late November, but things did not go well, she said.She said her ex-boyfriend became aggressive."He smashed my laptop in two, he smashed my brand new iPhone on the ground until it was shattered, and was calling me really horrible things,” she said.According to the lawsuit she filed, before leaving, Oliver took L.S’s passport and jewelry from the bathroom sink.A few days after that incident, while Oliver was still in San Diego, he began sending harassing text messages and copies of private photographs to L.S. to make it clear that at some point in their relationship he illegally accessed her computers and cell phones and stole sexually explicit and private digital photographs without her consent, the lawsuit stated."The pictures that he had were never sent to him they were taken before I ever met him," she said.According to the lawsuit, Oliver texted her: “Posted all your naked pics to the industry whore boards.” It said he also wrote among other things: “Your pics are getting blasted on services Moxy.”The lawsuit says L.S.’s pleas for Oliver to stop had no effect on him. The lawsuit claims Oliver then posted a sexually explicit photo of her on his public Instagram account, accessible by anyone, followed with the text: “(y)our naked pics are starting to proliferate.""My best friend sent me a text message, and she just said oh my god, and it was a screenshot of the picture that Will had posted on Instagram of me,” she said.Team 10 investigator Adam Racusin asked her what she thought when she saw that.“I was just so scared,” she said. “I was just devastated.”According to the lawsuit, Oliver admitted he posted the picture. The lawsuit stated L.S. was informed by a friend and multiple colleagues that they saw the photograph on Oliver’s Instagram site and knew it was her."I don’t know how many people have that; it's everywhere,” she said.Team 10 tried to get a hold of Oliver, but he hung up after answering once and didn’t respond to our request for comment.L.S is suing Oliver for revenge porn among other things. She said having her body on display for anyone to see is sickening.When Team 10 asked her how often she thinks about it, she said, “Every day, every day, many times a day.”L.S. did call the police but did not press charges against Oliver. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A San Diego woman has been reunited with her four-legged soulmate after he was stolen and sold on Craigslist.Kameroun Mares bought her dog Semper Fidelis after her battle with leukemia.“Yes, it’s the Marine Corps motto, but in Latin, it translates to 'Always Faithful,'" said Mares. “He is always faithful to me.”After a few years together the two moved to Florida for what Mares thought would be a fresh start.RELATED: Slow-moving search for owner of El Cajon tortoiseHowever, it turned out to be the start of a nightmare. While on a trip back to California for a medical appointment her roommate said Semper had run away.“I had so many nightmares of what, where is he? Why did I not get a phone call? SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Alarming audio files and documents from the San Diego Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Affairs Division have been released about the sexual misconduct investigation into ex-deputy Richard Fischer who was accused of assaulting 16 women. Team 10 has started pouring through the records.In one audio clip, an Internal Affairs interviewer is heard questioning, "As you're buckling her, did you say, 'I hope your husband doesn't mind?'" He responded, "I don't recall saying that." He was apparently being questioned about his interaction with a handcuffed woman who was in his patrol car. "Okay. Well, do you recall if your arm or your palm of your hand touched her breast?" she asked. He said, "No. I would say I can't recall for sure if I accidentally touched- rubbed against- not rubbed. Um, unintentionally touched her breast with my arm as I buckled her in."In another clip, a woman is heard describing how she says Fischer placed her hand on his private area. She said, "Oh my God. I was, like, in a panic. I didn't know what to do."The hours of audio recordings and hundreds of pages of reports from the Department have now been made public. For months, San Diego police agencies have been working to release past records related to officer misconduct, following last year's groundbreaking order by the courts. It came after ABC10 News and other media sued to keep some police unions from blocking departments from giving up files.Fischer pleaded guilty last year to multiple assault charges, following accusations that he groped, hugged or tried to kiss more than a dozen women while he was on-duty.Records released show copies of texts from a woman who he pulled over. They read, in part, “He asks me if I wanted to make out. I swear to God [redacted] every single word of this is true."Several times throughout the audio recordings, he's asked about women who he had met while he was on calls or doing traffic stops. "Did you, um, ask her, if [she] were older if she would ever go on a date with you?" asked the interviewer. "I don't believe I did. No,” he responded. "Is it possible you asked her that?" she asked. He replied, "[I’m] probably [going to] say ‘no’. I don't remember asking her that."This May, Fischer was released from jail on custody credits, just months after being sentenced to four years behind bars. 2351

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A San Diego Midwife is living her dream of opening her own birth center, helping minority women.We met Nikki Helms in July when her GoFundMe was off the charts, raising more than 1,000.She had been a licensed midwife for about a year and wanted to open a birth center. Fast forward to December and her dream is coming true."We've got signage and I stood at the foot of my stairs and cried about that," Helms said filled with gratitude. The community has continued to wrap their arms around her mission."It's really just been amazing and overwhelming, and I feel so blessed," she said wiping a tear from the corner of her eye. "And so grateful and I get teared up every time I start talking about it because it gives me the opportunity to go care for families and you know it just blows my mind."Since July she's raised another ,000 and packages keep arriving on her doorstep with items for the birth center.Her mission is to support women through childbirth and beyond.
