Duke superstar freshman Zion Williamson surprised no one on Monday by announcing that he will forego college for this summer's NBA Draft. With his announcement, Williamson is expected to be drafted first in this year's draft, no matter which team gets the No. 1 selection. Conagra Brands Inc. is recalling 2,871 pounds of chicken and rice products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The recalled 7.5-oz microwavable bowls of Chef Boyardee labeled as rice with chicken and vegetables actually contains beef ravioli products, according to the recall. The product was packaged on Jan. 16, 2019. The products have the package code 210090151050045L and a "Best By" date of "Jul082020" on the bottom of the bowl. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. DENVER – Deputy U.S. Marshals say evidence shows an alleged child rapist faked his own death in Alabama and is now hiding out in Denver where his mother, brother and sister live.Jackson County Prosecutors in Pascagoula, Miss. charged Jacob Blair Scott, 42, with 14 sex charges alleging he raped a young girl. He disappeared on July 30, 2018, from Orange Beach, Ala. days before he was set to plead guilty in the case. Orange Beach is about 90 minutes from Pascagoula.Law enforcement found a dinghy floating in the ocean, a gun tied to the boat and what they describe as a suicide note listing contact information for Scott’s family.Deputy U.S. Marshal Katrina Crouse said investigators found the situation odd from the beginning. Only a very small amount of blood was found on the dinghy."Normally in situations where somebody is shot, committed suicide, you're going to have other forensic-type evidence. For example, brain matter, hair, skin, bone,” she said. “None of that was found."Investigators also found it odd that the gun was tied to the boat.“Almost like they wanted to make sure that the gun was discovered,” she said.No body was found and Crouse said it’s unusual, even in the ocean off shore, for a body to not be found. “Normally bodies will float to the surface,” Crouse said.Scott disappeared just days before he was set to plead guilty in court, she said.Scott’s mother, who lives in the Denver area, denied her son was alive when she was reached on the phone by Contact7 Investigates. DEER PARK, Texas — A massive chemical fire that filled the sky with smoke and flames for days in southeast Texas has finally been snuffed out. But its effects could still be dangerous.The city of Deer Park announced a shelter-in-place order Thursday morning due to concerns about "levels of benzene or other volatile organic compounds within city limits."At least six area school districts have canceled classes Thursday, a day after the flames were extinguished.The Intercontinental Terminals Company said increased levels of benzene were detected early Thursday."These levels are below those that represent an immediate risk," ITC said."We have notified the surrounding municipalities, and out of an abundance of caution, Deer Park Emergency Operations Center has called for shelter in place precautions immediately for all of Deer Park."The neighboring city of Galena Park also issued a shelter-in-place order due to the elevated benzene levels, according to an alert on the city's official website.
