Republican scholars ranked Washington as first and Lincoln as second. President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that three Americans held in North Korea have been released and are on their way back home."I am pleased to inform you that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is in the air and on his way back from North Korea with the 3 wonderful gentlemen that everyone is looking so forward to meeting. Both worked at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology, which bills itself as the only privately run university in the North Korean capital.The family members of the two educators have said their loved ones are innocent. POWAY (CNS) - A deputy received minor injuries Saturday when a passing car hit his patrol car, sheriff's officials said.At about 1:30 a.m., the deputy was sitting in his patrol car on the side of the road on Poway Road and Iola Way when a passing motorist hit his car and then hit a car the deputy had pulled over, according to Lt. Kevin Ralph of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.The motorist pulled over and admitted he had been drinking earlier, officials said.
