(KGTV) - A destructive fire which caused .5 million in damage to the Off Road Warehouse in Kearny Mesa was arson, federal investigators announced Friday. Flames destroyed the business and 12,700-square-foot building at 7915 Balboa Ave. on March 28. San Diego Fire-Rescue investigators requested help from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to determine the origin of the fire. People in San Marcos are worried something similar could happen in their neighborhood. According to Security National, an average burial costs between ,000 and ,000, but cremation can be a third of the cost. Cremation can be simpler and quicker. Cremation may be easier for families who live far away when death occurs, allowing memorial services to be postponed until family members can be present. Those who suppressed negative emotions (eye roll, anyone) were also more likely to drink heavily after work.While previous research has linked service workers with problematic drinking, Alicia Grandey, professor of psychology at Penn State, said it's not clear why. "Faking and suppressing emotions with customers was related to drinking beyond the stress of the job or feeling negatively," Grandey said. "It wasn't just feeling badly that makes them reach for a drink. (KGTV) — California Highway Patrol is advising motorists to be prepared for a possible shut down of the Grapevine stretch of Interstate 5 this week.With a major winter storm expected to sweep through Southern California over the Thanksgiving holiday, CHP sent out a warning Tuesday for motorists to stay alert if using I-5 between Santa Clarita and Mettler, Calif."We are expecting snow on the Grapevine starting this Wednesday," CHP wrote. "We always hope to keep it open, however safety is our top priority. If the conditions become unsafe, we will hold traffic until Caltrans HQ makes the roadway safe. Expect a high volume of traffic this holiday week. Expect some delay and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at your destination safely."As an backup, CHP provided a map of alternate routes around the Grapevine through Highway 14 or Highway 101:Rain may hit Santa Clarita as early as Tuesday, with freezing conditions possible Thursday night.
