The Bakersfield Police Department in California has arrested a 23-year-old man who officials said forced his pregnant girlfriend to ingest numerous unknown pills in an effort to force a miscarriage. According to BPD, on Wednesday around 1:00 a.m. officers received a report of suspicious circumstances.
