We all have feelings. Some good. Some bad. But as adults and professionals, we really have to manage our emotions. Now, a company in Nashville is offering an experience dedicated to helping you deal. It's called Bash-ville. Owner Gena Lea said her "rage room" is the perfect way to let off some steam. "They tell you to hit a pillow. Some people smash their phones. Come here, break my stuff instead," she said. "We do bachelorette parties and divorce parties so keep our card just in case."Bashers can customize their experience."We have axes, we have a rolling pins, baseball bats, hammers," she said. So, pick your poison: Choose breakables, and your favorite song. They provide the gloves and goggles. You provide the anger. Once you've run out of things to bash and smash and destroy, hopefully you'll leave your rage inside the room where it belongs."They come in the door and they're hesitant, a little scared. When they leave they're smiling, they're happy. It's a release," she said. If you have anger issues go seek professional help. Bash-ville is for fun and decompression from every day stressors! WASHINGTON, D.C. (KGTV) - President Trump addressed questions Tuesday about a possible closure of the U.S.-Mexico border, saying “I’m totally prepared to do it.” Speaking at a White House news conference, Trump called on Congress to make a deal and the Mexican government to stop immigrants from entering Mexico. Trump suggested Mexico had stepped up its efforts to keep Central American migrants from moving north in the past two days. The president also demanded change in what he described as "the worst, dumbest immigration system in the world."“We need to get rid of chain migration, we need to get rid of catch and release, and visa lottery, and we have to do something about asylum, and to be honest with you, we have to get rid of judges,” said Trump. Closing the border would have a severe impact to the U.S. economy, especially in border cities like San Diego. The flow of goods, including avocados and cars, would be disrupted, along with manufacturing supply lines. The Council of Economic Advisers was conducting studies on the potential impact of a border closure and "working with the president to give him those options," said White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders. When asked about the economic impact of a border shutdown, Trump said, “To me trading is very important the borders are very important but security is what - the most important.” Trump also left open the possibility of closing sections of the southern border instead of the entire border. There was no immediate word on which areas would be affected. The president is scheduled to visit the southwestern U.S. Friday, including Calexico.Watch Trump's news conference:The Associated Press contributed to this report. 1704

WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. officials estimate that 20 million Americans have been infected with the coronavirus since it first arrived in the United States, with millions never knowing they had it.Thursday's estimate is roughly 10 times the 2.3 million cases that have been confirmed in the U.S.“Our best estimate right now is that for every case that we’ve reported, there were actually 10 other infections,” said the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Robert Redfield, during a phone briefing with reporters Thursday. Redfield said that estimate comes from analyzing blood samples from across the country for the presence of antibodies to the virus.Twenty million infections means that only about 6% of the nation’s 331 million people have had the virus, leaving the vast majority of the population still susceptible.“This is still serious,” Redfield said. “But I’m asking people to recognize that we’re in a different situation today than we were in March or April,” with more cases today in younger people who are not as likely to develop serious illness or die from infection, he said. The news comes as the Trump administration works to tamp down nationwide concern about the COVID-19 pandemic at a time when about a dozen states are seeing worrisome increases in cases. Also on Thursday, the CDC announced that it was broadening its list of people who are at a higher risk of getting seriously ill from the coronavirus. The CDC has removed the specific age threshold for severe COVID-19 illness. It now warns that among adults, risk increases steadily as you age, and it’s not just those over the age of 65 who are at increased risk. The agency has also updated its list of underlying medical conditions that increase the risk of severe illness from the coronavirus. 1806

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A home test for COVID-19 will soon be on U.S. store shelves. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday issued an emergency use authorization for the first kit that consumers can buy without a prescription to test themselves entirely at home.Regulators granted use for a similar home test last month, but it requires a doctor’s prescription. The new test kit from Australian company Ellume allows users to swab themselves and get the results at home in about 20 minutes. The test detects fragments of proteins of the coronavirus from a nasal swab sample from anyone 2 years old and up. It connect to a digital app to help users interpret the results.Similar to other antigen tests, the FDA says a small percentage of positive and negative results from this test may be false. Therefore, for patients without symptoms, positive results should be treated as presumptively positive until confirmed by another test as soon as possible.Individuals with positive results should self-isolate and seek additional care from their health care provider. Those who test negative and experience COVID-like symptoms should follow up with their health care provider as negative results do not preclude an individual from coronavirus infection. The company says it will have 3 million tests available next month.“The FDA strongly supports innovation in test development and we have worked tirelessly with test developers to support the shared goal of getting more accurate and reliable tests to Americans who need them. Today is a promising step forward and we are eager to continue advancing additional innovation in COVID-19 testing that the science supports,” said Jeff Shuren, M.D., J.D., director of FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. 1773
