The photographer whose photo of an engagement in Yosemite National Park sparked a viral manhunt, says he's found the mystery couple.Matthew Dippel was getting ready to take a picture of a friend at Yosemite's Taft Point earlier this month, when he saw a man get on one knee to propose to a woman.He didn't see any other photographers around, so he snapped a picture of the moment to give to the couple.Dippel ran over to find them, but they were gone by the time he got there."I must have just ran right past their friends that they had up there with them," he said.Dippel was in the middle of a road trip, but he posted the photo on social media when he got home to Grand Rapids, Michigan on October 17.The posts were shared thousands of times by people all over the world.Charlie Bear told HLN that he and his now-fiance Melissa stumbled on the post on Instagram last week."At first, I wasn't really sure it was us to be honest," Bear said. But they compared Dippel's photo with pictures they had taken to make sure.Dippel was a little skeptical, at first, because he'd gotten tons of messages from people claiming to be the couple, so he asked them to prove it."They sent me over iPhone screen shots of some of their friends that were up on that point that day, and they are wearing the exact same thing, and the photos are timestamped on the exact same day and the same time that I was there," Dippel said. The look on Seth Dixon’s face as he proposed to his girlfriend said it all, but not in the way you might think.According to a?post on wedding photographer Staci Dabney’s Facebook page, Dixon had taken his girlfriend, Ruth Salas, to Loose Park to ask her one of the most important questions in both of their lives."We've been dating for almost four years and we knew this day was coming," he explained. The setting was as picturesque as it gets. Imagine a beautiful wooden bridge stretching over a pond with gorgeous fall weather and lush greenery creating a dreamy background."I knew I wanted to propose (at Loose Park) just because it's kind of our spot," Dixon explained. "We just kind of fell in love with the park and the beauty of it."Of course, cameras were rolling as Dixon fell to his knee."Next thing you know, it's happening. I couldn't believe it," Salas explained. "At first, I was like, 'Oh my goodness. This is happening. "I know (finding the ring) was important to them. If it was me, I would hope they would do it for me."They sadly were not able to find it, so instead set up a GoFundMe page to help the couple purchase a new one.Amazingly, the couple now maintains a positive spirit following the incident."It's been a roller coaster. Emotions have been up and down," Dixon said. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released some of the video that was captured on Oct. 1 when police officers broke into the suite being used by mass shooter Stephen Paddock.Sheriff Joe Lombardo told the public on Tuesday that the department would release the video.
