Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers and the Department of Health Services issued a new order Tuesday limiting the capacity of bars, restaurants and stores in the state to 25% on Tuesday, as Wisconsin becomes a hot spot for COVID-19 in the U.S.Evers directed DHS Secretary-Designee Andrea Palm to issue the order Tuesday afternoon.The order is capping capacity to 25% in public spaces beginning on Thursday.
