The Collective Brewing project has teamed up with Lone Star Taps and Caps in Fort Worth, Texas to turn Easter's most polarizing treat—Marshmallow Peeps—into a craft beer. They plan to tap the concoction Friday, March 30 at 6 p.m. at the Taproom in Fort Worth, and they're calling the collaboration "Peep this Collab."On the website, the taste is described as tart and lemon-y and the look is described as a glitter bomb with fabulous sparkle. However, Ryan Deyo, Collective Brewing's head brewer and co-founder said drinkers could expect a "lightly tart" and marshmallow-y" taste from the beer on guidelive.Regardless of the flavor, Deyo said they mashed 30 boxes of peeps into a beer brewed with sour ale, vanilla and butterfly pea flowers (yes, actual flowers). If that doesn't sound delicious already, the beer will have purple tint thanks to the pea flowers and they will have edible glitter to up the sparkle content. This whole idea is a part of Deyo's passion to make beer for more fun."I've been on a kick to assert beer should be a fun thing," Deyo told guidelive. The CBS board of directors is in the process of picking outside counsel to conduct an investigation after company CEO Les Moonves was accused of sexual misconduct.In a statement, CBS said that "no other action" was taken on the matter at Monday's board meeting.The meeting was scheduled before a bombshell report in The New Yorker Friday detailed allegations against the CEO. Six women told the magazine that Moonves sexually harassed them.In a statement to The New Yorker that was also obtained by CNNMoney on Friday, Moonves said he has "promoted a culture of respect and opportunity for all employees" throughout his tenure at CBS."I recognize that there were times decades ago when I may have made some women uncomfortable by making advances," Moonves said. "Those were mistakes, and I regret them immensely. But I always understood and respected — and abided by the principle — that 'no' means 'no,' and I have never misused my position to harm or hinder anyone's career."The idea that Moonves should step aside during the probe was raised by at least some board members this weekend, according to one source who spoke to CNNMoney on Sunday.The board also said on Monday that it would postpone its annual meeting of stockholders, which was scheduled to be held August 10. The family of Jacob Blake is hosting a gathering in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Tuesday ahead of President Donald Trump's visit to the city.The event, which will be held near the site where Blake was shot seven times in the back by a Kenosha police officer, will include a press conference with local officials and family representatives. The event will also include a community clean-up, a food drive, a healing circle, and a voter registration booth.Several days after police officers shot Blake during an Aug. 23 altercation, protests in Kenosha grew violent. The city estimates that million in property damages have been caused by looting and burning amid the unrest.Last Tuesday, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse shot three protesters, two of them fatally, after he drove 20 miles to protect local businesses. Rittenhouse has been arrested in connection with the homicides; his lawyer says that Rittenhouse was shooting in self-defense.In recent days, protests in Kenosha have been peaceful and without incident.The event held by Blake's family comes hours before a visit to the city by President Donald Trump. Several Democratic politicians, including Kenosha's mayor and Wisconsin's governor, have asked Trump to reconsider, saying his presence could stoke more violence in the city.Blake was shot during an altercation with police on Aug. 23. Police say they were responding to a call about a man at a party who "shouldn't have been there."Police attempted to take Blake into custody but say he was non-compliant. Officers say they tried to use stun guns on Blake but could still not take him into custody.Blake had previously told officers he had a knife in his vehicle. At one point during the altercation, as Blake approached his car, Officer Rusten Sheskey shot Blake in the back at least seven times. The cost of the Justice Department's ongoing investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 election is now roughly million, according to a new report filed Friday by the special counsel's office.Friday's accounting provided the latest figures covering only the period for April 2018 through September 2018, with special counsel Robert Mueller listing direct expenditures of nearly .6 million.Another roughly .9 million was reported as costs for the work of other Justice and FBI officials who have assisted the investigation but are not under Mueller's direct control. According to the report, those investigation costs would have been incurred "irrespective of the existence of the (special counsel's office)."The department previously reported .7 million in direct and indirect costs from May through September 2017, and  million from October 2017 through March 2018 -- bringing the total from all three reports over the life of the investigation to just over million.
