Not since a monolith was found on the surface of the moon in Stanley Kubrick's classic "2001: A Space Odyssey" has a mystery object confounded the greatest minds of our generation.Or maybe not.According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, a curious metallic-looking object was found in the southeastern part of the state while conducting a count of bighorn sheep by helicopter.Utah Highway Patrol posted photos and videos of the object on Friday that showed a 10-foot tall metallic object with four sides. The surface is shiny but does not appear to be reflective.According to the post, the item was found in the "middle of nowhere."Officials won't announce the exact location of the object as "it is in a very remote area, and if individuals were to attempt to visit the area, there is a significant possibility they may become stranded and require rescue."It's not known who installed the metal monolith. Olive Garden is bringing back its unlimited "Pasta Pass" promotion, which allows passholders eight weeks of unlimited pasta bowls.The restaurant plans to sell 22,000 passes at 0 each. The passes will go on sale Thursday, Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. ET and will be on sale for 30 minutes.They can be bought at PastaPass.com.Last year, the 21,000 passes that were up for grabs sold out in seconds.New this year is the "Pasta Passport to Italy," which includes an all-expenses paid trip for two to Italy.The 50 available "passports" will go on sale at the same time as the traditional passes. They will be 0 each, and include unlimited pasta and the vacation.According to the fine print, the eight-day, seven-night Italy vacation will take place on April 7, 2018. Not only do Florida investigators say Daniel Santos was ripping hundreds of people off, but they say he flaunted it on social media.“He holds stacks of cash, firearms. And he’s not scared to show you the lifestyle that he’s living using other people’s hard earned money,” said Pasco Detective Spencer Hubbell.Hubbell has a whole file cabinet dedicated to catching Santos. He’s been arrested 55 times just in Pasco County, Florida.And he’s says this latest arrest should finally stick.Investigators said Santos was running a fraud operation, using stolen debit and credit cards, and bogus checks to bring in millions of dollars.“It’s feasible he was doing between ,000 to ,000 a day at times,” Hubbell said.Detectives said Santos, a suspected members of the Bloods gang, would raid accounts until the bank realized what was happening.In most cases, those banks would take the loss and the customers didn’t actually lose any money.US Marshall’s arrested Santos in Miami where he was living in a luxury condo.“Mr. Santos has never had a job. He’s never paid taxes. But he’s living the high life on everybody else's dime,” he said.Along with the fraud, investigators said Santos has a violent criminal history including sexual battery on a victim under 16, and trying to run down a police officer during a traffic stop.They said he was always able to bond out and go back to his criminal behavior. “He’s treating it as a game. (KGTV) -- A swarm of earthquakes is once again shaking the Ocotillo Wells area Sunday.The largest earthquakes to hit the area Sunday morning was a 3.5 magnitude 14 miles away from Ocotillo Wells at 4:05 a.m. That earthquake was followed by a 3.3 magnitude at 6:33 a.m. At this time, there are no reports of damage or injury.
