A couple arrested in Mexico while pushing a baby stroller filled with human body parts may have killed up to 20 women, according to the chief investigator on the case.The man and woman were detained Thursday in the Mexico City suburb of Ecatepec on suspicion of murdering 10 female victims. However, the male suspect has since claimed that they are responsible for twice as many deaths.Police arrested the pair, identified only as "Juan Carlos N." and his wife "Patricia "N.," during an investigation into the disappearance of three women and a two-month-old baby. The man gave detailed accounts of the original 10 deaths. He also told police that he and his wife had killed a further 10 people, according to State of Mexico Prosecutor Alejandro Gomez and reported by AFP.Police found eight plastic buckets full of dismembered body parts and cement in the couple's house, Gomez revealed in a Facebook post on Sunday. A local mom has joined Tennessee lawmakers to back a bill that would require a prescription bottle design change in order to save young lives.Betty Mason of Green Hills, Tennessee lost her daughter, Katy to an opioid overdose in May 2016. "Great IQ, great student, great athlete. She had everything in the world going for her and it...her future was bright and it came to an abrupt halt with this," Mason said.Doctors told Mason that Katy was in the hospital on life support after the apparent overdose.Mason said her daughter started experimenting with prescription drugs after eighth grade with friends.She said for five years her daughter's big smile would fade during her time in and out of three treatment facilities.Mason hoped a state proposed bill, Pilfering Prevention Act, would help curb Tennessee's opioid epidemic.The act would allow prescription bottles for drugs considered severely psychologically or physically addicting to have a 4-number combination lock.Each patient would be assigned a pin number to unlock the container.Dr. Sterling Haring with Vanderbilt University Medical Center contributed to a John Hopkins report which recommended updating prescription packaging. The update would apply to only Schedule II prescriptions, meaning substances that have a high potential for abuse which may lead to severe psychological or physical dependence.Most prescription bottles haven't changed for 50 years."But to me if your boat is sinking, the first step is to plug the hole and then you start bailing the water out. A Fort Hood soldier has been identified as the victim of a drowning in a Texas lake over the weekend.Officials say the body of Spc. Francisco Gilberto Hernandezvargas was recovered after a boating incident on Stillhouse Hollow Lake. The lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir on the Lampasas River, southwest of Belton. The 24-year-old, whose home of record is listed as Woodside, New York, entered the army in May 2017 as an automatic rifleman and has been assigned to 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division since December 2017.The Bell County Sheriff's Office was alerted that a male, while riding an inner tube behind a boat, went under water and did not surface on Saturday. This took place in the area of Dana Peak Park on Stillhouse Hollow Lake, according to officials.His body was recovered on Sunday.Hernandezvargas’ awards and decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon and the Army Service Ribbon.“The Black Knight family is heartbroken by the loss of Spc. Francisco Hernandezvargas. Our hearts go out to his family and friends during this difficult time,” said Lt. Col. Neil Armstrong, commander of 1st Bn. 5th Cav. Regt. “Spc. A female shooter and a male employee were shot and killed early Monday at a distribution plant in Texas, a Missouri City spokeswoman said.Officers responded to reports of an active shooter at the Ben E. Keith food distribution plant, Missouri City Police Capt. Paul Poulton said.Another employee was also shot and was transported to a hospital, Poulton said.Officers are still in the process of conducting secondary searches of the facility.
