SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — K-pop star and TV celebrity Goo Hara was found dead at her home in Seoul on Sunday, police said.Police said an acquaintance found the 28-year-old dead at her home in southern Seoul and reported it to authorities.The cause of death wasn’t immediately known. Southwest Airlines says it has canceled roughly 1 per cent of its scheduled flights as it carries out inspections prompted by an engine failure that led to a passenger's death last week. About 40 flights were impacted.The affected Southwest Boeing 737 took off Tuesday morning from New York, headed for Dallas. About 20 minutes into the flight, at about 32,500 feet, a fan blade broke off the engine and shrapnel shattered a window.Jennifer Riordan, 43, and a mother of two, was almost sucked out of the broken window and pulled back inside by fellow passengers. Someone out there is sitting on a lottery ticket worth more than .5 billion, but has not stepped forward to claim the prize, according to ABC News. On Oct. 23, a single winning ticket was purchased in South Carolina for the largest Mega Millions jackpot in history. The ticket is also the single most valuable lottery ticket in US history. "We have not heard that the winner in South Carolina has come forward," Mega Millions administrator Seth Elkin told ABC News. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize. That means the winning ticket does not have to be claimed until April. If no winner comes forward, each participating state in the Mega Millions game will get back all the money that state contributed to the unclaimed jackpot, the lottery says on its website. The amount of money that goes unclaimed in state lottery programs is quite staggering. SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- One man was arrested in Spring Valley Tuesday afternoon following a chase that led to a four-car crash. According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the fugitive task force was following a parolee at large Tuesday afternoon. When they tried to pull the parolee over, he took off, leading a deputies on a chase. At some point during the chase, the man caused a four-vehicle crash near Gillespie Drive and Jamacha Road. The department says two people were injured in the crash and taken to the hospital. A deputy and K-9 were also involved in the crash, but managed to escape without injury. The parolee was arrested. 667
