SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Monday is the deadline for San Diego County residents to register to vote in the Nov. 3 election.County residents will need to register or re-register to vote if they are not registered in San Diego County, recently moved or changed their name.County residents can check their registration status online at sdvote.com.If they are not registered or need to change their registration, they will be able to complete an online registration form.If their signature is confirmed through records at the Department of Motor Vehicles, it will automatically be sent to the Registrar of Voter's office.If a signature is not confirmed, the form can be printed out, signed and returned to the registrar's office at 5600 Overland Ave. in Kearny Mesa by 8 p.m. on Monday.Registration forms are also available at the offices of the U.S. Postal Service, City Clerk, public libraries and Department of Motor Vehicles.Election materials are also available in Spanish, Filipino, Vietnamese and Chinese.Registration forms must be postmarked or delivered to the Registrar of Voters office by 8 p.m. Monday. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Assisted by San Diego officers, Los Angeles police Friday morning arrested social media personality Raymundo Diaz on suspicion of sexual assault.Diaz, 33, who is known online as Ray Diaz, was arrested by detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division's Special Assault Section about 5 a.m. in San Diego, according to the LAPD."Proud of our elite RHD who pursued this relentlessly," Chief Michel Moore tweeted Friday evening. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A masked man wielding an aluminum baseball bat robbed a Park West-area bank Tuesday.The thief confronted a teller at the Union Bank branch office in the 300 block of Laurel Street and demanded cash about 12:15 p.m., according to the FBI.After the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of money, the bandit left the bank and fled the area in a red car, San Diego police reported.The robber was described as a roughly 6-foot-tall, 20- to 30-year-old black man wearing black pants, a blue long-sleeved shirt, tennis shoes, gloves and a white "theater style" mask, according to the FBI. 610
