LONG BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) — Long Beach Police and transit officials are investigating whether a crime was committed this week when a man in a suit dragged an unconscious, partially naked man off a train, leaving him on the platform.[Warning: graphic video] Cell phone video shows the moments when the man dragged the other man off the train at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. The man recording the video says the unconscious man had just suffered a seizure, Los Angeles ABC-affiliate KABC reported.The man in the suit then grabs the unconscious man's belongings and tosses them off the train and returns to his seat.The man recording the video argued with the man in the suit about what he had done. The two of them continued to argue for about five minutes before the man in the suit gets off the train to check on the unconscious man.Medics eventually arrive to help the unconscious man, who was taken to a nearby hospital. His condition is not yet clear.Police and train officials are now investigating if the man in the suit committed a crime by dragging the man off the train."Obviously, this is very disturbing and we never want to see this on our system. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Officials say a Northern California county has begun a door-to-door coronavirus testing pilot program in a majority Latino community that has become a virus hot spot. Santa Clara County volunteers started handing out self-testing kits in the East San Jose neighborhood of Silicon Valley’s San Jose last week, where 55% of the population is Latino and officials say many residents do not have the ability or means to get tested. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A former business manager of Stan Lee has been arrested on elder abuse charges involving the late comic book legend.Los Angeles police say Keya Morgan was taken into custody in Arizona early Saturday on an outstanding arrest warrant.Morgan was charged earlier this month with felony allegations of theft, embezzlement, forgery or fraud against an elder adult, and false imprisonment of an elder adult.Authorities say Morgan sought to manipulate and exert control over Lee even though he didn't have authority to act on Lee's behalf.Lee died in November at the age of 95.Attorney Alex Kessel has said Morgan has never abused or taken advantage of Lee.
