HANOI, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- The upcoming visit of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Chinese President Xi Jinping to Vietnam will mark a milestone in the relations between the two parties and the two countries, a senior official of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has said.

"As the two biggest developing countries, and neighbors, deepened political mutual trust and expanding cooperation will benefit the region and the world," Li said.

Straujuma echoed Li saying Latvia is glad to see China participate in the programs including a railway, the port of Riga, Latvia' airlines and industrial parks.
